Shipping policy

Blue Goose Publishing fulfils physical orders through IngramSpark, our print-on-demand and distribution partner. Orders are only submitted for printing and shipping once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping times, delivery options, tracking, and costs depend on IngramSpark's fulfilment services. For full details on shipping methods, transit times, and tracking, please refer to IngramSpark's shipping information.

We currently ship to Belgium, the European Union, and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at connect@bluegoosepublishing.eu before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at connect@bluegoosepublishing.eu and we will liaise with IngramSpark on your behalf.

Shipping costs are calculated before payment. We do not offer free shipping.

Orders placed at events or in person are handled directly and do not involve shipping.

Sales made through third-party retailers such as Amazon or physical bookshops are subject to the respective retailer's own shipping policy.
